Capturing the feelings of awe that arise from witnessing some of earth’s most epic natural beauty, Nevada City based producer Akriza is set to release his new single Mizu on Oct. 28th. Mizu, meaning rain in Japanese, was inspired by a road trip adventuring along the rainy pacific northwest. Atmospheric elements like rain and thunder help draw listeners into his world. Carrying with it the purifying energy of water that so many places need right now. Combining the Chinese yanquin and elements of modern bass music with soaring vocal melodies, this single showcases Akriza’s ability to merge the worlds of ancient and futuristic to create a harmonious sound.
